Professionally skilled in negotiations, public relations and her intuitive nature makes it very easy for her to make her presence in the recruitment space. Her simplicity and friendly approachable nature give people a sense of comfort. Padmaja, a partner has been instrumental in supporting the UXfairy operations in India and now will be handling and managaing the entire South East Asia operations for UXfairy.
